yeah but…. the taliban ARE against education (of women at least) but of course the attack was on male students for the reasons stated above
this post just comes off weirdly as blaming the US instead of you know, the taliban….thats not what i meant to do. just wanted people to recognize that this specific attack had nothing to with education itself but the military, and that rebuttal from the US will only make things worse.
someone did come out and let me know that it wasn’t specifically the US military that sparked the attack (thank you btw), but that being said i can almost guarantee obama being like “WHAT ARE WE GON DO” to go “fix” the problem.
basically i just wanted people to look at the big picture and not be like “MUSLIMS HATE EDUCATION” because it was all military-related.. ya feel
